Queen City Equipment, Inc. can help you in setting up shipments for everything from parts to new and used vending machines.  We use UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL for the shipment of vending machine parts and small machines.  We use several common carrier truck companies to find the best rates for our customers.  

The shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and can be prepaid or we can ship the machine freight collect where you pay the shipping charges when the machines are delivered.  If you decide to pay for shipping when machines are delivered you will still received our discounts on the shipping charges.  You can call us anytime to receive a free quote.

When you receive your package or vending machine, it is the customers responsibility to inspect the package/vending machine for any damage.  Any markings, tears, or any other visible damage should be noted on the bill of lading when you sign for the machine.  Damage to shipments doesn’t happen very often, however you need to note any damage in order to file a freight claim.  Freight claims are the responsibility of the customer and must be filed as soon as possible after receiving merchandise.  You can notify us for any help in the claim process.  We can help you with filing a claim, notify us with any questions you have.
