All limited warranties are parts warranties. Parts that are included in the limited warranties are:

• Vend Motors, Vend switches, Sold out switched, vend relays
• Cold controls, thermostats, evaporator fans, condensing fan, compressor(60 day warranty on all complete/working and refurbished machines)
• Control boards, display boards, drop sensors
• Key pads, shelf connectors, wiring harnesses
• If there is a part not listed feel free to call a representative today

Parts Not Included:

• Light bulbs
• Sold out lights
• Coils (snack machine)
• Front panels
• Any damage done by vandalism

To use your warranty it is not necessary to return machine. Defective parts must be returned to queen City Equipment, upon receiving parts we send out a replacement part. Compressors and control boards must be sent back for repair and will be sent back to you upon completion. From our experience in the vending business we know it is important for your vending machine to be in proper working condtion, so we swap and repair parts as quick as possible. Queen City Equipment will pay the shipping charges on the replacement parts. Customers are responsible for shipping defective parts to Queen City Equipment.

Any electrical control boards from a snack, soda, coffee or cold food machine must be sent in for repair and will be sent back to the customer after board is in proper working condition. This usually takes 7-10 days.

Salting of machines is considered vandalism and is not covered by any warranty.

Extended Parts Warranties Are Available as follows:

• 6 months for $179.00
• 12 months for $249.00
• 18 months for $299.00
